This is the longest of all the videos, but so well worth it. I learned more from this segment than any other. In it, Jenni reveals the truth about everything from fruit snacks and candy to peanut butter, nuts & dried fruit.

In our fast-paced society, this may be the single area where people have the most trouble staying healthy. What was most interesting to me was the fact that so many things that I thought I was doing in a healthy way for my family was so far from that. Most notably, was trail mix.
