IN MY LIFE:
Today I filmed both my May episode of The Sami Cone Show and a segment for Talk of the Town. Ironically, it came after a really hard day yesterday.
What really amazed me was that even as my emotions hit a very low point, I ‘ironically’ had planned to go to a prayer night that I hadn’t attended in over a year. It was like the enemy was trying to keep me away.
But it didn’t work.
I went. I cried. I prayed. I worshipped. And I came home able to see things more clearly and be a better parent and woman as a result.
Things aren’t all fixed, but it renewed my confidence and strength. Instead of feeling like I want to crawl into a pit, I know God’s got me.
PRAYER FOCUS: Faithfulness
Just as I had women come around me at the most opportune time last night to remind me of God’s faithfulness, I pray you have people in your life that continually point and guide you back to the foot of the cross.
